These keto supper rolls melt in your mouth. Buttery fathead dough makes them the perfect low-carb side dish for all your favorite meals. They also make fantastic sandwiches.
Rolls:– 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese or mozzarella– 2 tablespoon butter– ½ cup coconut flour– ¼ cup unflavored whey protein powder or egg white protein powder– 4 teaspoon baking powder– 1 teaspoon garlic powder– ¼ teaspoon salt– 2 large eggs– 1 large egg whiteGarlic Butter– 2 tablespoon butter melted– 2 cloves garlic minced– 1 tablespoon chopped parsley– ½ teaspoon coarse salt

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line an 8-inch round baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix shredded cheese and butter. Melt cheese and butter on high for 30 seconds at a time until almost liquid.
Step 2
Mix in coconut flour, protein powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix the eggs and egg white in the bowl with a rubber spatula until uniform.
Step 3
Divide dough into 8 equal pieces. Handle the sticky dough with oil and roll into 8 balls. Use the prepared baking pan.
Step 4
Mix the garlic butter ingredients and brush half over the pan-cooked rolls.
Bake until puffed, golden brown, and firm, 20–25 minutes.
Step 5
Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan and breaking apart. Use the remaining garlic butter. Warm serve.
